About Us

Kelly Callaghan (MAPS)

Kelly is endorsed by the Australian Psychological Society as both a Clinical and Educational and Developmental psychologist. As a specialist psychologist she has over 20 years of experience working with children and adults and is also trained in cognitive and learning assessment and diagnosis.  She provides supervision to psychologists who are in training.

Kelly recognises the stressors that come from a world of changing times and increasing work and family demands and the need for coping strategies for thinking, emotions and behaviour.  Her preferred methods of therapy are Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. These are proven strategies for assisting in the management of a number of mental health and behavioural problems.

Tim Weir (MAPS)

Tim is a registered psychologist, member of the Australian Psychological Society and careers counsellor who graduated from James Cook University in 1992. Tim is experienced in the assessment and treatment of a range of mental disorders and works with children, adolescents and adults.
Tim has developed a sound reputation in working with adolescent boys and men in developing emotional resilience.  He recently trained in neurotherapy which is a means of retraining the brain and switching on new pathways.

Tim has spent most of his working life with adolescents and university students which has led to a keen interest and qualifications in career counselling and career design.  He also enjoys assisting clients to identify their values and to develop their life goals accordingly.

Tim prefers to work using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, psycho-education and problem solving strategies.

Tara Osborne (MAPS)

Tara is a registered psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society whose qualifications include a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and Master of Psychology (Clinical).  She is also a Clinical Psychology Registrar.  

Tara offers evidence based treatments such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. She works from a person centred approach, by working collaboratively with clients to offer individualized treatment suited to their strengths and needs.

Tara has a special interest in working with children, adolescents and their families. She has experience delivering services to individuals across the life span and in small groups across mental health settings.

Our office is located in Fourth Ave which is in the precinct of McDonalds, the Caloundra RSL and Caloundra Hospital.

Geneen Lynch Reyna

Geneen Lynch Reyna

Geneen is a registered psychologist who graduated with a Master of Science Degree (Honours) from Nova Southeastern University (Florida, USA) in Mental Health Counselling. She is also experienced in providing psychological services and assessments with clients across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds such as the USA, Australia and Papua New Guinea.


Geneen worked for over 10 years for Suncoast Hospice in Florida as a counsellor in palliative care and complex bereavement and loss. Since 2014, Geneen has been a certified trainer in suicide prevention (ASIST) and mental health first aid (MHFA).


Geneen believes in a compassionate and strengths based approach to working with clients. She offers evidence based treatment strategies such as cognitive behavior techniques, coping skills training, brief solutions focused interventions and psycho-education. Geneen has experience in working with complex families and values a systemic family approach in creating further depth in understanding relationships.
